Two Martin County men are in jail after ramming an ATV into a police cruiser Wednesday night. About 7:30pm, Martin County Deputy Michael Housinger saw an ATV carrying two people traveling through the Lovely community. He also noticed the ATV weaving and crossing the double yellow lines in the center of the roadway. The driver of the ATV, 43 year old Dennis Horn, was charged with DUI, 2nd degree wanton endangerment of a police officer and several other traffic violations. The passenger, 34 year old Christopher Maynard, was charged with AI, 2nd degree wanton endangerment of a police officer and disorderly conduct. They both remain lodged in the Big Sandy Detention Center.
