Breathitt County, KY — A positive identification has been made on the body found in the North Fork of the Kentucky River in Breathitt County. The State Medical Examiner’s office in Frankfort has confirmed the identification of the body as 44-year-old Kenneth D. Neace of Jackson. Cause of death has yet to be determined. Kenneth Neace was reported missing to KSP Post 13 on March 17, 2019, and a missing person investigation has been ongoing.
