WILLIAMSON, W.Va, – A local hospital is warning people about a phone scam using its name. Officials at Williamson Memorial Hospital say several people have reported receiving calls from scammers, claiming to be from a collection agency representing the hospital. The caller, claiming to be from a company called Adamore, reportedly threatens court action if a bill is not paid immediately. Williamson Memorial officials are working with authorities to investigate. If you receive such a call, do not provide any personal information, including credit card numbers.
