Letcher County, KY — Kentucky State Police Post 13, Hazard are confirming the discovery of two bodies inside a home in Letcher County. According to authorities, Kentucky State Police received a 911 hang-up call Wednesday morning shortly before 11:30 am and attempts to re-establish communication with the caller were unsuccessful. Troopers arrived at the residence to find 56-year-old Debbie Foss and 55-year-old Ronald Frazier both of Cowan with gunshots wounds. They were pronounced deceased by Letcher County Deputy Coroner Gary Rogers. The bodies have been sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort for autopsies. Details concerning the circumstances relating to this death investigation are pending autopsy results.
