Pike Co. reaches 300 total COVID-19 cases with new confirmed

PIKE COUNTY, Ky. — The Pike County Health Department announces 12 new COVID-19 cases, pushing the county total over 300.

According to a release from the Pike County Health Department, officials are stating the patients include:

  • 40 year-old female
  • 67 year-old male
  • 25 year-old male
  • 84 year-old male
  • 81 year-old female
  • 48 year-old male
  • 44 year-old female
  • minor aged male
  • minor aged male
  • 52 year-old female
  • 37 year-old male
  • 37 year-old female

All patients have been reported to be symptomatic.

This announcement brings the total cases of COVID-19 to 311 cases in Pike County since the pandemic began. Of the 311 cases, 24 remain active, 3 are deceased and 284 have recovered. Health officials say that 4 active cases remain hospitalized.

No other patient information has been released.
