Frankfort, KY — The Kentucky Association of Counties has a new executive director and CEO. The group’s board of directors named Jim Henderson to the position. Henderson has served as deputy executive director since January 2018 and will assume his new duties immediately. Henderson was Judge Executive of Simpson County for five terms before joining the association. The Kentucky Association of Counties serves all 120 counties of the Commonwealth by providing research and planning, financial services, insurance and legislative services for counties and elected county officials.
