Perry County, KY. — Authorities are searching for a missing person in Perry County. According to Kentucky State Police at the Hazard Post, a bicycle believed to belong to Danny “Tin Can” Napier of Perry County was found close to the North Fork of the Kentucky River. Search efforts along the river was not possible Sunday due to high water levels. Kentucky Fish and Wildlife officers are conducting a search in the river Monday for Napier. Napier is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds. He has brown eyes, long brown hair and a long beard.
