Haysi, VA. — A dispute at a Haysi, Virginia residence has resulted in 3 deaths. According to the Dickenson County Sheriff’s Office, authorities responded to a 911 call and found 26-year-old Adrienne Mullins and 21-year-old Tyler Ray Deel Smith fatally shot. 22-year-old Dylan Scott Mullins was also found deceased in the residence. According to witnesses and evidence gathered, Dylan Mullins and his wife Adrienne Mullins were in an argument when Mullins shot his wife. Tyler Ray Deel Smith apparently a family friend, tried to intervene and was fatally shot by Mullins. Dylan Mullins then apparently took his own life. The case remains under investigation.
