6:10pm Update: Maynard Huff has been located and is safe after a 26 hour search. According to the Pine Mountain Search and Rescue, he was found on a strip mine near his home.

The search continues for a mentally challenge man who went missing in Letcher County Tuesday.
Officials with the Pine Mountain Search and Rescue report 54-year-old Maynard Huff of Henry Ison Hollow in Cowan was last seen walking up the road with his brother, who is also mentally challenged, around noon Tuesday. When his brother returned home, Maynard was not with him.
Search crews, including search dogs from Pike and Elliott Counties, have been searching abandoned homes, barns, and outbuildings without luck.
The search was suspended around two Wednesday morning and resumed this morning.
Huff is about 5′ 7″ and described as being very thin. He has brown hair and was last seen wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans.
