An adaptive player known for having a diverse hero pool, Fleta placed fifth in Final Blows (1084), Final Blow-to-Death ratio (2) and Eliminations (2529) this season. Fleta joined the Shanghai Dragons from the Seoul Dynasty prior to the 2020 season. The Dragons finished first in the league with a 27-2 record and have progressed to the Grand Finals weekend out of the Asia Bracket, defeating the Dynasty and New York Excelsior along the way. The Dragons will face off against the Philadelphia Fusion
Fleta’s clutch play and high percentage of his team’s kills throughout his career led to a statistic named the “Fleta Deadlift,” for when a player earns over half of their team’s final blows on a map.
Overwatch League MVPs typically receive an in-game skin for the hero they were most associated with during their winning season. 2018 MVP Bang “JJonak” Sung-hyeon got a Zenyatta skin, while Jay “sinatraa” Won received a Zarya skin for his 2019 MVP efforts. Fleta’s large hero pool means that the league will have a number of options — he played Tracer, Mei, Echo, Genji, Reaper, and Torbjorn at various points this season.
