PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pike County man has pleaded guilty in a federal child porn case.

Bill Daniel Combs, 39, of Pikeville, was indicted back in February on charges of producing and possessing child porn. On Thursday, he pleaded guilty to the production charge.

In his plea agreement, he admits communicating with a young girl on Facebook Messenger and convincing her to send him nude photos of herself.

He now faces a prison sentence of at least 15 years and as much as 30 years. He will be sentenced Jan. 25.
