This year, Pikeville’s Comic-Con will include more special guests than ever before. GI Joe actor and wrestler, Sgt. Slaughter, will be in attendance, as well as Rodger Bumpass, who is known for his main role as Squidward from SpongeBob SquarePants. Kent Leedy, the owner of the Estore Comic & Tech Shop, has scheduled the event on August 2nd from 4 PM – 8 PM for VIP only and open to the general public on the 3rd from 10 AM – 6 PM. The Appalachian Wireless Arena in Downtown Pikeville will be hosting the event this year.
