Pikeville officials are offering a sweet deal for anyone seriously considering opening a business downtown. Proposals are being accepted for the former train depot building on Hambley Boulevard that formerly housed the Roasted coffee shop. Executive Director for Economic Development, Jill Fraley Dotson explained the business chosen will only pay one dollar per year as a lease for the first three years. Sealed proposals will be accepted online or at City Hall until August 9th at 10am.
