Conn says deal struck to resolve all criminal charges

LEXINGTON, Ky. — It appears that all criminal prosecutions of former disability attorney Eric C. Conn may soon come to a close.

That’s because Conn today filed a motion saying he has reached a deal with prosecutors to enter guilty plea in a new case that will soon be filed, in exchange for dropping conspiracy and escape cases against him.

Details of the agreement are not yet public.

A hearing for him to enter that guilty plea has been set for June 4.
