PIKEVILLE, Ky. –  One person was killed Thursday afternoon in a Pike County crash.  It happened around 3pm near the intersection of U-S 119, commonly known as Buckley’s Creek Road, and Adams Road. Kentucky State Police confirmed to EKB News that one person was killed.  The road was closed for several hours while crews worked to reconstruct the crash and then clear the scene.  Little information has been released on the cause of the crash or anyone involved.
