There was more going on in Prestonsburg on Thursday than just vendors setting up for the Jenny Wiley Festival.  At the Floyd County Health Department, dozens of people took advantage of free health screenings being offered at their annual Community Health Fair.  And, although this event is offered every year, officials at the health department made some changes for this year’s event.  For more information on services offered year-round at the Floyd County Health Department, call 606-886-2788.
