Kentucky Power continues to make headlines by delivering hundreds of thousands of dollars in economic development grants, despite a backlash from customers over the company’s request before the Kentucky Service Commission to raise rates by as much as 15%.  However, in an exclusive interview with EKB News, Satterwhite explains how those grants are necessary to bring new industry into an area that is struggling.   EKB News Reporter Shannon Deskins brings us more.
