Letcher County, Ky:A Letcher County Grand Jury indicted four people recently for trafficking in meth. 41-year-old Brian Broome; 42-year-old Heather Moore, both of Jenkins; and 37-year-old Barry Kinney and 21-year-old Emily Caudill, both of Pike County; were all charged with complicity to traffic in a controlled substance in the first degree. The charges stem from a traffic stop March 1st in Jenkins. Court documents said Jenkins Police found the four in possession of meth packaged for sale, along with hundreds of dollars in cash. The four were also charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Court documents said about 10 grams of meth were seized in the incident.
