PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Funeral arrangements have been announced for Pikeville Police Officer Scotty Hamilton.
Hamilton was shot and killed while investigating a case Tuesday night.
Visitation will be held after 5 p.m., Friday and Saturday, at the East Kentucky Expo Center. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, also at the expo center.
Services are under the direction of J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Chelsie Hamilton Trust Fund, in care of Community Trust Bank, 341 North Mayo Trail, P.O. Box 2947, Pikeville, KY 41502.
There will also be a candlelight vigil held in memory of Officer Hamilton at 8 o’clock tomorrow night, at the Billy Johnson Stage, at the East Kentucky Expo Center.
