HAGER HILL, Ky. — A Johnson County man has been arrested after being indicted in a child porn case back in May.

Justin Back, 32, of Hager Hill, was charged with one count of using a minor in a sex performance back on May 24. The case remained under seal until his arrest on Tuesday.

He is accused of recording a girl under the age of 16 while she was in the shower.

If convicted of the charge, Back faces a potential prison sentence of between 10 and 20 years.

He is currently being held in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, in Paintsville.
