Dickenson County, VA — A Deputy and his K-9 partner have been recognized. Dickenson County Sheriff Scott Stanley recognized Deputy RJ Mullins and his partner K-9 Loco in their fight against narcotics. According to Sheriff Stanley, Deputy Mullins and K-9 Loco have been responsible for multiple searches, seizures and arrests with patrol deputies. K-9 Loco joined the department in March of this year.
