Two days after a Magoffin County toddler disappeared, authorities say there is nothing new to report.  For the first 24 hours after Kenneth Howard was reported missing, search crews, along with search dogs, searched the property surrounding the family’s home on Kenneth Combs Road near the Floyd/Magoffin County line.  However, on Tuesday, the investigation seemed to be moving in a different direction.  Kentucky State Police Post 9 has assumed the role as the lead agency in the investigation, and has had a presence at the scene since Monday evening.  Anyone with any information on the case is urged to contact Post 9 at 606-433-7711.  Callers may remain anonymous.
