TOMAHAWK, Ky. — A Martin County man faces up to 10 years in prison, after a woman showed up at a hospital with facial fractures from an attack.
Timothy Mullett, 24, of Tomahawk, is charged with second-degree assault.
Hospital staff called police early Sunday morning, after the victim showed up with facial injuries. She reported that Mullett had shoved her to the ground and kicked her in the face.
Hospital staff told police the woman had multiple orbital and sinus fractures.
Mullett was arrested at a Johnson County home Sunday night. He reportedly admitted that he and the woman had an argument, but he denied kicking her.
