Pikeville, KY — A man accused of pulling a knife on a woman in Pikeville has been arrested. Pikeville Police arrested 23- year-old Troy D. Scarberry of Elkhorn City and charged him with First degree Robbery and Traffic charges. The charges stem from an incident Wednesday morning around 9:03 am when police received a call of a man pulling a knife on a woman at Bob Amos Park near the Overlook. The woman was able to get away from Scarberry uninjured. Police apprehended Scarberry at 9:06 am on Bob Amos Drive without incident. Scarberry is currently lodged in the Pike County Detention Center.
