STONE, Ky. — A Pike County woman who called police after being robbed in her own home ended up watching her son being taken to jail.
Judy Justice, of Stone, reported that a man entered her house around 7:30 yesterday morning, wielding a club. The man grabbed Justice’s purse and fled.
Police investigating the incident ultimately determined that the robber had allegedly been brought to Justice’s home by her son. The two men allegedly plotted to steal Justice’s medication.
Jason M. Justice, 31, of Huddy, was arrested and charged with complicity to commit first-degree robbery.
Kentucky State Police continues to search for the man who actually committed the robbery. The case remains under investigation.
