FLOYD COUNTY, KY.– A man wanted in Madison County to answer to the charge of 1st degree sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12 was arrested at a residence in Betsy Layne today.
According to the complaint, 47-year old James Justice of Pikeville was at a family Christmas party when he told the victim he had a present for her in his van. After receiving the gift the victim said that Justice hugged her, kissed her several times and inserted his tongue into her mouth.
1st degree sexual abuse of minor under the age of 12 is a class C felony in Kentucky and carries a sentence of 5 to 10 years in prison.
