Man Previously Convicted Of Manslaughter, Charged With 1st Offense DUI

Pikeville, KY — A Pike County man, who has had a number of DUI convictions and plead guilty in 2001 to two counts of second-degree manslaughter, was sentenced and served his time, was arrested yesterday for not having registration plates, no registration receipt and for DUI 1ST offense. Charles C. Morris, Jr. was lodged in the Pike County Detention Center. In the Commonwealth of Kentucky, expungement of DUI is possible after 10 year from the date of the charge.
