PIKEVILLE, KY.—Responding to a complaint of an intoxicated male at the Family Dollar on South Mayo Trail officers found 23-year old Austin Dillon of Pikeville in the bathroom allegedly smelling of alcohol with slurred speech and the inability to stand straight. According to the arrest citation as Dillon was being placed under arrest he told the officer that he was an undercover agent and the officer needed to know his role.
Dillon was charged with alcohol intoxication and impersonating a police officer. He remains lodged in the Pike County Detention Center under a 5,200 dollar cash bond.
