MAGOFFIN COUNTY, KY.–A Floyd County man finds himself up a creek after being found in a creek with a large amount of drugs.

It began when the Magoffin County Sheriff’s Department responded to the call of a possible traffic accident. Upon arrival one of the subjects on scene fled.
