Pikeville, KY — A Floyd County man has been arrested after threatening hospital staff at Pikeville Medical Center. According to the arrest citation, 27-year-old Donovan Smallwood of Beaver, became irate at PMC. When Pikeville Police arrived, they found Smallwood yelling and cursing at staff members. Officers say that Smallwood stated he was going to “get a rifle and kill the hospital staff”. Smallwood was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree and Disorderly Conduct 2nd degree and lodge in the Pike County Detention Center.
