Martin County Deputy arrests two brothers after finding them passed out in a vehicle

passout squareTwo Lawrence County brothers were arrested last night after a Martin County deputy found them passed out in a vehicle sitting alongside Route 3.  Deputy Aaron Blevins was on his way to begin his shift just before 8pm last night, when he noticed a vehicle sitting partially on the shoulder and partially blocking one lane of traffic.  The driver, 58 year old David M Delong of Louisa, blew a .274 on the intoxylizer, which is nearly three and a half times the legal limit, and was charged with DUI.  The passenger, his brother, 51 year old Kenneth Delong, also of Louisa, was charged with Alcohol Intoxication.  Both men were arrested and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.
