FLOYD COUNTY, KY – Acting on a tip concerning crystal meth trafficking, Floyd County sheriff’s deputies went to investigate an Allen residence early yesterday morning. Deputies went to the home around 2 o’clock in the morning, where they observed drugs and drug paraphernalia in plain view. After obtaining a search warrant, deputies then found crystal meth, pills, glass pipes, scales, syringes and other items. Arrested were 32-year-old Kevin Woods and 30-year-old Samantha Fyffe. Both were charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
