First responders from around the region gathered Thursday in Pikeville and battled heavy rain as they participated in an active shooter drill.  Held in conjunction with Pikeville Medical Center, police, fire and EMS crews under the leadership of the Inez Volunteer Fire Department responded to a mock disaster in the Pikeville City Park.  From there, volunteers acting as wounded concert goers, were transported to Pikeville Medical Center for treatment.
