Chapmanville, WV — Chapmanville Police arrested one person during a traffic stop. Officers stopped a vehicle whose plate came back with no record of registration. Officers noticed the driver, Gary Ferrell, acted nervous. Officers were able to gain consent to search the vehicle. During the search, a handgun and a clear white substance believed to be meth was located. Ferrell was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
