Since Tuesday night, nothing has been able to bring much relief to the Pikeville Police Department.  But, today’s arrest of the man accused of killing Officer Scotty Hamilton did bring them some closure.  EKB News Reporter was at the police station when the news of the arrest came in, and brings us this look at their reaction.
