This week, a ribbon cutting was held for Pikeville’s newest business, Bridgett’s Quilting and Fabric Shop.  Officials with the city say they are proud that the owners of the shop took advantage of a special incentive program for new businesses, and encourage more entrepreneurs to do the same.
