PIKEVILLE, Ky. –  Kentucky State Police officials are hoping the results of the autopsy of a Pike County woman found dead Saturday will shed some light onto the case.  Saturday morning, the body of 44 year old Michelle Smith was found lying in the driveway of a residence in the Johns Creek area.   Not much information is being released at this time, but Trooper William Petry says, at this point, it does appear that Smith’s death was no accident.  Anyone with any information on this case is urged to call the Kentucky State Police Post at (606)433-7711.
