Pikeville Police are asking for the public’s help locating a man who attacked his neighbor with an axe.  On Wednesday, the Pike County Grand Jury indicted 57 year old Barry Q. Miller of Pikeville on a second degree assault charge relating to the attack.  Pikeville Police Detective Bruce Collins says Miller attacked his neighbor, then fled into the woods when officers arrived.  Anyone with knowledge of Miller’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Pikeville Police Department.  Callers can remain anonymous.
