MAGOFFIN COUNTY, KY.-Kentucky State Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Magoffin County man. 27-year-old Quentin Ryan Watkins was last seen around 1 a.m. on April 8th. He also had contact with a person living in Lexington, but it is not known whether or not he traveled there. Police ask anyone with information about Watkins’ whereabouts to call them at 606-433-7711.
