PRESTONSBURG, KY.–Everyone in the Floyd County court system agrees that Tiffanie Robinson has made a remarkable turn around, after drugs eventually had her facing criminal charges in two years ago. Regardless, she was back in court yesterday, to finally begin paying for the crime to which she pleaded guilty. EKB News Reporter Shawn Allen has her story.
