A grocery store is an amenity that many in the City of Jenkins have been without for nearly two years now. But as of Wednesday, that’s no longer the case.
The new Save-A-Lot grocery store officially opened in Jenkins, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the store. Those present at Wednesday’s ribbon-cutting said the store will be an important part of the community in Jenkins.
The new Save-A-Lot is operated by Saver Group Incorporated, and is the 54th Save-A-Lot store the company operates in 5 states.
