Magoffin County, KY — Authorities continue to search for a missing 22-month old boy who went missing Sunday evening. Kenneth Howard of Magoffin County was last seen by his father playing in the yard of his home. The search is focusing in an area of Magoffin County near the Floyd County border. Numerous agencies are assisting in the search which includes K-9 units, Kentucky State Police helicopters and a drone with thermal imaging capability from the Pike County Emergency Management office.
