PIKE COUNTY, Ky. — A registered sex offender in Pike County has been charged with yet another sex-related crime.

According to court documents, Joshua Hubbard, 36, of Pinsonfork, was arrested last Thursday on a warrant taken out by Kentucky State Police. According to the warrant, police allege that on June 24th, Hubbard engaged in sexual contact with a 16-year-old juvenile.

Hubbard was arrested on a charge of third-degree sodomy and has since been released from jail after posting a $10,000 cash bond.

According to the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry, Hubbard is a 20-year registrant who is listed as being in compliance with his registration. He was convicted in 2008 on a sex abuse charge.
