PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Six of the nine people charged in an alleged crack cocaine ring that authorities say sold $100,000 worth of the drug in Pike County during the last three months of 2016 are now scheduled to enter guilty pleas.

Previously, we told you of plans to plead guilty by Latisha McCoy, 45, of Pikeville, and Jenny Anderson, 45, of Banner. In the past few days, four more people have also been given the go-ahead to enter guilty pleas.

They include the alleged supplier of the drug, Demarcus Robinson, 24, of Lexington, as well as Haywood Gore, 26; Devontea Fonteneau, 24; Shellie Duncan, 41, all of Pikeville. They are scheduled to enter their pleas during a hearing next Wednesday.

That leaves just three people still facing trial in the case. They include Arnold Bentley, of 47, Pikeville; James Colby Johnson, 31, of Union, S.C.; and Antoine Lamarcus Davis, 33, of Katy, Texas. Their trial is set for Nov. 27.
