LOUISA, Ky. — Three people were arrested for trafficking in crack cocaine after a state trooper pulled over a driver suspected of driving under the influence.

The officer spotted the car driving over a concrete divider at a Louisa gas station, so he pulled it over. The police report states the driver, Martin Cline, 61, of Lovely, showed signs of impairment, so he asked him to step out. When he did, the officer saw a glass pipe in the door panel.

That prompted a search of the car, turning up multiple bags of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Cline and his two passengers, Sherry Horn, 48, of Debord, and Destiny Spaulding, 23, of Madison, W.Va., were all charged with cocaine trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cline was also charged with DUI and reckless driving.

All three remain in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, in Paintsville.
