Interim Police Chief Grady Paul Dotson says the money the police department typically uses for shaving, such as razors and shaving cream, will be donated to Charleston Area Medical Center’s Cancer Center. Dotson says everyone has been or is currently affected by the disease in some way… and says participating in ‘No Shave November’ will benefit the cancer center in two ways.
