DELBARTON, W.Va. — We have all heard that for many children, the best meal they get each day is at school. In some cases, it may be their only meal. That has caused concern in West Virginia, where students have missed nine consecutive days due to a statewide teachers’ strike. In Mingo County Tuesday, some teachers stepped in to fill the gap.
