An investigation was started recently due to the number of break-ins around Elkhorn City. Police Chief Bobby Sexton states that he arrested 31 yr old Mark Marinaro, 47 yr old Tabitha Potter, and 24 yr old Dion Bates. The criminals were spotted loading and unloading items from the Famine Time Ministries Church located on Russell Street in the early morning hours on June 19th. The items stolen were returned to the Famine Time Ministries Church and the officers encourage everyone to keep your doors locked and to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity in your area.
