You may notice something different while in Downtown Pikeville as the group of painted bears got a new addition Tuesday.

Located on the corner of Hambley and Pike Street, the new Army Bear called ‘Trailblazer’, was unveiled Tuesday afternoon.

The bear stands as a symbol for those who have joined the army and served their country.

The finished bear was the work of Jordan Justice.
