OIL SPRINGS, Ky. –  Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal crash Thursday afternoon in Johnson County.  Just after 3pm, Troopers responded to reports of a collision between a log truck and a passenger vehicle on KY 460 near the Magoffin/Johnson County line.  The Johnson County coroner confirmed one person was deceased at the scene.  KSP officials say a second person was transported from the scene in critical condition, but was pronounced dead a short time later at Paul B. Hall hospital in Paintsville.  EKB News will continue to follow this developing story.
